FAQ
Questions about the questions
Is Maniquestation the same as affirmations?
It is related to affirmations and manifestation, but the central practice is different. Maniquestation uses questions that invite your mind to search for reasons and evidence.
Do I have to believe the question?
No. You can begin with curiosity. The purpose is not to force certainty; it is to give your attention a more constructive direction.
Is this scientifically proven manifestation?
No. Maniquestation does not claim that thoughts alone cause external events or guarantee wealth, healing, success, or any other outcome.
What if my life is genuinely difficult right now?
Then your difficulty deserves to be acknowledged—not denied. Positive questions are an invitation to look for whatever remains possible, supportive, or worth noticing alongside what is hard.
Why the “green things” example?
It demonstrates selective attention: when you search for green, you notice green. Maniquestation applies the same principle to positive evidence.
